Technical Advantages
The ZLS140THBJF runs on a Mercedes-Benz chassis with 294 kW engine – enough power to keep pumping on 15% slopes. Main hydraulic pump displacement is 190 ml/r, giving smooth flow at low engine RPM.
The S-valve uses double hardened wear plates. Test records show over 100,000 m³ of concrete before replacement. Concrete pressure reaches 11 MPa, which pushes 40 mm coarse aggregate through 37 meters of boom without blocking.
A closed-loop hydraulic system recovers energy during boom lowering – less heat buildup and lower fuel burn. The remote control has dual receivers. If one fails, the other takes over in under 0.5 seconds.
