Technical Advantages
The Mercedes-Benz OM470 or OM501 engine runs at low RPM for high torque – less strain on the pump drive. Steel frame rails are pre-drilled and reinforced at the mounting points, so the pump assembly sits on factory-planned hardpoints, not after-drilled holes.
S-valve distribution system uses hardened steel wear plates. Field data shows 20–30% longer life compared to gate-valve designs. The remote control operates at 400 meters range with dual frequency – no signal drop near steel rebar.
Arocs chassis adds a larger radiator and auxiliary cooling loop for the hydraulic oil. Pumping in hot climates (45°C ambient) won't trigger overheating shutdowns.
