The Semi-trailer suspension bracket system is often referred to as the heart of chassis design. It is the collective term for all connecting components between the body and the axles. The performance of the suspension directly affects key vehicle characteristics such as handling stability and ride comfort. Its primary functions include: ensuring good contact between the wheels and the road surface to enhance the vehicle's power performance and off-road capability; reliably transmitting various reaction forces acting on the wheels, as well as the resulting torques, to the load-bearing frame or body; damping shock and vibration during force transmission to improve ride comfort; stabilizing the attitude of the wheels and body during driving to enhance handling performance; and, furthermore, exerting a significant influence on braking safety, ride comfort, and tire wear.

Product Features
1. Air suspension is divided into single-axle 4-airbag systems (commonly used on tractor units) and single-axle 2-airbag systems. The 2-airbag systems are used on both tractor units and trailers; they are generally referred to as tow-arm air suspension. The front end consists of a tow arm and a rear airbag. Typically, on tractor units, the two airbags in the tow-arm system are connected by a transverse crossbar, whereas trailers do not have this feature. It offers many advantages, including a comfortable ride and simple, convenient replacement and maintenance. Maintenance costs are not significantly higher than those of leaf spring suspensions, and trailer owners can usually handle repairs themselves.
2. Rubber Suspension Standard rubber suspensions are used on construction vehicles, such as dump trucks and concrete mixers. They are widely promoted by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (Sinotruk) and offer good traction and stability. The downside is that rubber components generally have a service life of about 5 years.
3. Leaf Spring Suspension: A timeless suspension system known for its rugged durability, affordability, and wide range of applications.
4. Hydraulic Suspension: Relatively less common than the three types mentioned above, it is generally used more frequently on trailers. It offers strong traction and stability, and its overall structure is similar to that of an air suspension.
