Product Introduction

Don't assume that just because your Heavy-duty brake disc still responds when you press the pedal, they're safe to keep using. They progress from brand-new and in normal condition, through moderate wear, all the way to near-limit wear, warning-level wear, and the point where replacement is mandatory. Most brake rotors don't have a fixed mileage for replacement, as this depends on road conditions, driving habits, and the vehicle model. It's a good idea to check their thickness during routine maintenance; if they're worn down to about half their original thickness, we recommend replacing them as soon as possible.
If you're already experiencing sharp squealing noises, longer braking distances, or reduced braking feel-or if an inspection reveals excessive thinning or abnormal wear-you absolutely must not delay. Our heavy-duty brake disc rank in the upper-middle range for durability in the market; we use these same pads on our own trucks, so you can rest assured.

Product Highlights

Professional Product Knowledge
Many people believe that bigger brake rotors are always better, but is that really the case?
In theory, larger brake rotors do offer some significant advantages.
For example, when the brake rotor gets bigger, the corresponding calipers and brake pads also increase in size, which significantly expands the contact area between the pads and the rotor.
According to basic physics, a larger contact area means greater friction, which in turn leads to superior braking performance.
Larger brake rotors have a greater surface area, allowing them to absorb more heat while providing better contact with the air, resulting in faster heat dissipation.
However, this does not mean that brake rotors can be made larger without limit.
Every vehicle is designed with specific parameters and a balance in mind. The factory-installed braking system is carefully calibrated to fully meet the demands of daily driving. For a heavy-duty truck, due to its substantial weight and heavy cargo capacity, the requirement for braking power is naturally higher, and relatively larger brake discs may be necessary to ensure safe braking; however, for a light-duty sedan or small van, this would be overkill. In addition, we offer a wide range of products not listed here. Please feel free to enquire about any equipment or components related to this industry at any time; we will do our utmost to meet your procurement needs.
