Engineering Tire

Engineering tires are a critical component of construction machinery and commercial vehicles. As the only parts in contact with the ground while the vehicle is in motion, they must both support the vehicle’s weight and absorb road shocks. Commercial vehicles are heavy-duty vehicles that can weigh up to 10 tons, placing extremely high demands on their tires. Tires must not only withstand heavy loads but also perform reliably under high speeds, in rain and snow, on gravel roads, and across a wide range of other road conditions.

Product Features

1. For steering tires, four longitudinal grooves are generally recommended, as they effectively reduce rolling resistance when towing a trailer.
2. For drive wheels, four or five longitudinal grooves combined with dense transverse grooves are typically chosen to form a block-pattern tread. This design significantly improves traction and, to some extent, enhances load-carrying capacity.
3. For general-purpose tires, three longitudinal grooves are recommended, as they provide a larger contact area with the ground and feature a wider, thicker shoulder.
4. Regarding tire specifications, 12.00R22.5 tubeless tires are generally used for long-distance travel on good road conditions; 11.00R20 steel-belted tires or 12.00R22.5 block-pattern tubeless tires are commonly used for short-distance travel on poor road conditions; Low-bed trailers and three-axle, six-wheel trucks generally use 825-16 tubeless tires or 820-R20 steel-belted tires; for skeletal trailers, the 385 series large single tires are a suitable choice.
Our tires are among the highest quality available locally. If a tire ruptures, we'll cover the cost! If the tread separates from the casing, we'll cover the cost! We'll handle the entire process of replacing the tire!

FAQ

Q1: Customer: Can I specify the packaging and shipping method for tire exports?

A: Seller: Yes. You can specify wooden crates, custom packaging, etc. We prioritize sea freight, but you may also choose air freight, LCL (less than container load), or FCL (full container load). Please confirm costs and delivery lead times in advance.

Q2: Customer: How do you prevent deformation and moisture damage during the packaging and transportation of exported tires?

A: Vendor: Tires are stacked vertically, sealed in plastic wrap, and desiccants are placed inside the container. We ensure they are protected from heavy pressure, direct sunlight, and moisture throughout the entire process.

Q3: Customer: After placing an order, will the supplier assist in preparing the documents required for export customs declaration and clearance?

A: Supplier: Yes. We will assist in providing key documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, and will also cooperate in providing any certification documents required by the destination country to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Q4: Customer: Will the seller inform us in advance of tire certification requirements for different countries and assist with the process?

A: Seller: Yes. We can also assist with obtaining the relevant certifications to prevent customs detention due to missing certifications.

Q5: Customer: How will the seller handle tire damage or deformation that occurs during transportation?

A: Seller: We will ensure proper packaging and secure fastening. If damage is confirmed to be caused by inadequate transportation protection, we will verify the situation and assist with reshipping or negotiate a claim.
