The optimized flat unloading structure avoids the safety risks of cargo jamming and vehicle rollover caused by traditional lifting unloading on uneven ground. In addition, the hydraulic retarder and reinforced braking system solve the problem of brake pad overheating and failure during long downhill transportation, greatly improving the overall operation safety of construction and mining sites.
In terms of body durability and scenario adaptability, the new dump truck adopts high-strength wear-resistant steel body and reinforced chassis structure, which is resistant to impact and corrosion, and can adapt to harsh working environments such as gravel, mud and high-load operation. The 8×4 wheelbase design balances large payload capacity and flexible maneuverability, meeting the transportation demands of urban narrow road construction and large-scale open-pit mining at the same time. The intelligent vehicle management system is also built in to realize real-time monitoring of vehicle position, operating status, fuel consumption and fault information, facilitating fleet managers to realize refined scheduling and maintenance management.
