Packing & Delivery
For packaging and delivery, we adopt professional protection schemes tailored for heavy trucks to ensure the vehicle arrives at the destination in good condition after long-distance ocean transportation.
Before shipment, comprehensive pre-shipment inspection will be carried out. Our technical team conducts full testing on engine, transmission, braking system, hydraulic lifting system, electrical circuits and tire pressure. All functions are checked and recorded to confirm every vehicle meets quality standards before loading. Surface cleaning and finishing will be completed, and vulnerable parts such as lamps, rearview mirrors and cab exterior decorations will be wrapped with thick bubble film and hard protective covers to prevent collision and scratch damage during handling and sea transportation.
For packaging protection, exposed pipelines, connectors and small accessories are individually wrapped with waterproof and dust-proof plastic film. The key metal surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil to resist salt spray corrosion during marine transportation. Necessary spare parts, operation manuals, maintenance guides and all export documents are packed into waterproof document bags, fixed inside the cab for handover to customers.
Regarding delivery methods, we support multiple shipping solutions according to customer requirements and destination ports, including RO-RO ship and bulk carrier shipment. For RO-RO delivery, the truck is driven onto the vessel, fixed firmly with special vehicle lashing belts and chocks on the ship deck to prevent sliding and shaking during navigation. For bulk carrier shipment, the truck will be securely fixed inside the hold with steel brackets. We strictly follow international maritime cargo safety standards for fixing work.
We will arrange loading supervision, take photos and videos during loading for customer confirmation. After shipment, we will timely provide bill of lading and other logistics documents, track the vessel status and update shipping information to customers. The whole delivery process is traceable. Upon arrival at the destination port, the vehicle can be directly unloaded and put into use after simple inspection. We also provide guidance for port unloading and pre-operation inspection to help customers complete vehicle handover smoothly.
