First, Tire Inspection
Check tire pressure monthly at room temperature. If it's below the normal pressure, inflate the tires immediately. Inflated or underinflated tires will affect driving safety. Check for cracks in the tires; replace them immediately if any safety hazards are found. Choose tires of the same model.
Second, Battery Maintenance and Inspection
Check that the battery is securely fastened. The electrolyte level should be between the upper and lower limits. If it's close to the lower limit, add electrolyte or distilled water to the upper limit. Ensure good contact between the positive and negative battery cables and keep the battery clean and dry. For vehicles that have been stored for an extended period, disconnect the battery cables and reconnect them approximately every two weeks. Start the engine and run the engine for about 20 minutes. If the battery power is significantly low, recharge it immediately.
Third, Clutch Master Cylinder Fluid Level Inspection
A clutch fluid level between the high and low limits is normal. If it's below the standard line, the master cylinder or wheel cylinder piston cups may be damaged. If you experience difficulty shifting gears or are unable to shift gears while the engine is running, please have it checked at the nearest repair shop immediately.
Fourth, Check the brake fluid level
If the brake fluid level is between the high and low marks, it is normal. If the brake fluid level is close to or below the lower limit, it indicates a possible leak in the system or excessive wear of the brake pads. You should have it checked at a repair shop immediately. When adding brake fluid, be sure to add the same type of brake fluid to prevent damage to the brake cups and protect the paint from corrosion.
Fifth, Check the engine coolant level
Never open the radiator cap when the engine is hot, otherwise you may be scalded by splashing coolant or high-temperature steam. After the engine has cooled down, check that the coolant level is between the full and low marks. Otherwise, add distilled water, pure water, or coolant. The coolant level after adding water should not exceed the full mark. If you find that the coolant level drops rapidly in a short period of time, check for leaks in the cooling system or have it checked at a repair shop. [2]
