Dump semi-trailer truck
A dump truck is a vehicle equipped with an automatic tipping device in its cargo box. Also known as a tipper truck or engineering vehicle, it consists of a chassis, hydraulic lifting mechanism, power take-off (PTO), and cargo box. Oil tanker semi-trailers are typically available in two-axle and three-axle configurations. The square tank body is constructed from Q235A steel plate, with multiple reinforced anti-surge baffles inside. The baffles have through holes at the bottom to reduce the impact of the oil inside the tank during vehicle movement and to increase the tank's strength. The combined tank opening is located at the top of the tank, with a self-locking small cover on top of the large cover. A breather valve is installed on the upper side of the large cover to ensure consistent atmospheric pressure inside and outside the tank; it is equipped with a static grounding wire. 4. Excessive cranking resistance: Causes include poor lubrication (add lubricant), damaged bearings (replace the bearings), eccentric or severely worn gears (disassemble and inspect, replace parts), and damaged lead screw threads (replace the lead screw).
Light Semi-Trailers
Ultra-light semi-trailers, as the name suggests, are much lighter than ordinary semi-trailers. How much lighter does it have to be to qualify as ultra-light? The industry definition is a semi-trailer with a similar load capacity and size to an ordinary semi-trailer, but weighing more than 15% less. Several factors can help make a semi-trailer lighter: 1.
